Began to cut the windows out but my saw died so today. Wish it wasn't so tall. Porch needs work to. It seemed easier it made more sense to convert this then build a whole new one. But I'm starting to wonder. I do love creating though it's a lot of fun. And with chickens as long as it's stable and secure it doesn't have to be perfect They won't complain :)

No. No wondering. It is easier converting a shed.
All that ventilation in the gable peak is excellent. But you are going to need to block the rain from getting in. Are you going to re-roof? If you do, you can install larger overhangs on the gable ends to protect the vents. You already have excellent overhangs front and back.
I turned this shed:

Into this coop with roof extensions all the way around.

And I did it by myself. If I can, you can!

Don't show me that pic. You look more skilled. Haha. I did think about the overhangs. Im reusing as much as possible. I do have some narrow metal signs I was gonna size out after I get the Hc in. Definitely need to cut the windows for a little more ventilation

Rip those soffit boards off and secure the underside of the rafter tails with your HC. That will also help with ventilation.
