countryboy, that is some kind of vivid imagination you've got there, do your keepers know about it???
GOOD MORNING CALIFORNIA, WAKEY, WAKEY!

Wildsky you are just a baby yet, lol....

But your pics are Lovely. It must have been a real experience growing up in Africa.

Looks like you and your sister had a good life there, and your mum was very beautiful. Very courageous too.

I have loads of black and white photos that were for real....lol.... from the early 50's but it was good, I had reached a second childhood by the time Bon Jovi came around, and still had the age to love Aerosmith, and in February, my son is arranging a tour for the guitarist from Europe( who were around the same time as Bon Jovi), and has got a band together to support him, so we are taking him in for his stay in the UK.

So I can dream again of being a "Rock Chick"...lol.... in music anyway, and I will get 5 chances to listen to Key Marchello play a full set and know my son is up there with him...lol...

Age has it's advantages....

So enjoy your youth for as long as possible. lol

Where in Africa? My dad is from South Africa. He arrived in the US in 1957.

I lived just south of Durban and also in East London.
