With an entrance hole so chickens could fly
Up there, but predators couldn't climb up the metal. ? I thot I saw this idea but can't find it now. Any thots?

6-8 feet and yes a shelf like structure to land on would be great!

Do you know anyone who has tried this? The only predator I can think of might be an owl.
