    okay what is the shelf life of eggs after laid? I have heard its 90 days refrigerated but they werent sure. im going to be selling some of mine, so need to know..thanks debb

    Here's an interesting study:


    I usually say about 6 weeks on the counter at room temp; and 6 months in the fridge.
    If they are washed, they should be refrigerated.

    That is a GOOD Mother Earth article! It debunks several preservation methods that have been recmmended to me because somebody had heard the method worked (or not as in the research by Mother Earth news).
