Shell broke in incubator but chick still alive. What should I do?

How far along is it? I heard some people sealed cracked eggs with wax. Someone else will know better than me, though.

Holy cow! I have no advice :/ but curious on what anyone else says! Maybe read the post on the boy who used Saran Wrap on the shell to watch the chick grow!?
