Shell-les egg

Has anyone’s hen ever payed a shell-less egg?
Yes. Multiple hens and pullets.
Up the calcium. I will crush up human calcium citrate tablets and mix with yogurt and then mix a handful of oyster shell in it and give it to the ladies for a "calcium infusion" if I don't know which girl laid the shell-less egg.

Yep, can be common with newly laying pullets and hens going out of lay in fall for molt and winter break.
Knowing age of birds(in weeks or months), what all and how exactly you are feeding, would help us give more specific solutions.

Oh, and... Welcome to BYC! @Tara Dyer
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

Thank you, aart, for the suggestion. I added where I am located on my profile. I was giving my girls feather fixer and laying pellets but forgot to mix oyster shell in the feather fixer. So, I went ahead and put down some oyster shell free choice, like DobieLover suggested. I know some of the girls are molting, some are about to start laying for the first time, and the others are taking a break and on their way to retirement.

Both feather fixer and layer feed have enough calcium for most layers.....
.....OS 'on the side' is never a bad idea
