Shell-less egg and Atypical behavior.

One of my hens laid a shell less egg on the sidewalk. That doesn't really bother as much as her behavior. She is not her normal perky self. She is eating, but not like normal.

She is a one year old barred Rock consistent layer.

Any advice?
