Shell less egg: Cause for concern?

This morning I found a single shell less egg in the house. My girls have been pretty consistent with nice hard eggshells. I have no idea who laid the shell less one.

is this a cause for concern? Thanks!

Not unless you see one often. My Buff laid one a few weeks ago but none since. It can happen once in a while.
Your using oyster shell for extra calcium right?

Thanks! Yes, i put about half cup oyster shells in 2 separate bowl every day. They do go through a lot of them.

Mine do to. I guess if we laid as many eggs as they do we'd have a shell less every once in a while too.
