shell-less egg on poop board this morning

There was a shell-less egg on the poop board this morning. Hens have been laying for only 2 months. Found a similar egg in nest box last week. No worries ? Thanks !!
 
It happens sometimes. As long as, you are feeding layer pellets and offering oyster shell, you should be fine...Those eggs are mighty strange, though!
 
I found a few when my girls first started laying.

I had one yesterday morning on the poop board. Seems to happen in my flock when the weather temps fluctuate wildly( so says my DH)
