I have 4 chickens, 24 weeks and all laying. One, a RIR is laying shellless eggs every 3rd time. They are eating complete layer with free range, getting oyster shell and crushed eggshells. Is this normal? For how long? Thank You.

Sounds like they’ve got all they need! It’s perfectly normal I have a sl Wyandotte who layed shell less eggs for about a month before getting it right and I mean every egg sometimes twice a day! She should figure it out soon good luck! If you’re giving treats maybe cut back a little also I’ve heard spinach can sort of cancel out the calcium intake so no spinach for a while:)
