Hello. I have 6 girls. 3 are almost a year old next month and 3 will be 8 months old next month. The younger ones give smaller eggs not as consistent like the older girls. Today a got a shell-less egg. The have free access to oyster shell. I believe I feed them well and a healthy diet. I clean their run 3 times a day and their coop every morning with a deep clean every month. Am I doing something wrong or is one of my girls sick? But which one? Should I find a vet? Please help I love my girls eggs or no eggs. They greet me every time I’m out in the yard. They are quite the characters. Thank you so much

If she seems fine and the other hens/ pullets are seemingly healthy it may just be stress. When I separated my teenage rooster from the girls recently his main hen started producing shell-les eggs for a few days. That freaked me out a little but then I realized she was missing her roo. She is fine now and is adjusting to the separation. I would monitor her closely for awhile.
