Shell less eggs and poopy butt

Hi, my chickens are about a year and nine months old. I have five chickens: one Polish (Assisi), one RIR (Cascia), one Buff Brahma (De Sales), and two EE's (Cabrini and Padua). Cabrini is third to last on the pecking order and gets pecked on by Cascia and Padua but holds her ground, she does have a bare wing pinion from a crowded run issue (an issue that is no more). For the past two months I have noticed that her butt is pretty dirty, it changes almost day to day (some days it's pretty bad, other days it is hardly noticeable). She has also been laying shell less eggs I never find them because they seem just to explode the minute see lays them. If she does lay an egg with a shell, there is a lot of calcium deposit on it, and its shape is very weird. They are all on Scratch and Peck layer mash (that I ferment) Scratch and Peck oyster shells and they do get healthy table scraps. I have ruled out worms because I have looked at their poop and found no worms, but I may be wrong. So, my real question is, what is the matter with her butt and shell less eggs? (Her legs are dirty because she was playing is some mud) She is still very active and is acting completely normal and no one else has a butt issue.

Yes, it makes sense.

I would do two things.

First, just in case she's having reproductive issues, give her a whole Calcium Citrate +D3 around 300mg. Put it whole in her mouth and she'll swallow it. Do this for a few days, once a day, for up to a week. If she's got anything in there that's stuck, this will give her contractions and she should expel it.

Secondly, I'd cut her back feathers off around and below her vent. That'll help with poop sticking. If you aren't giving them fermented feed daily, I'd give her/them additional probiotics. That can be powders in their water or granules in their feed.
