Shell-less eggs-membrane only?

My hen is two years old so it cant be the Pullet just starting to lay thing, I wish it was. But I think shorter days and lack of natural sunlight, I am going to leave the lights on longer and put more lights up get a timer, lots of vitamins and love ! It may just work.

I am having trouble eating chicken these days , they truly are my pets. But I do love the eggs when they are not in the bator.!!!!

This post is really old, but I wanted to reply to the last comment about oyster/grit. Oyster shell is not and should not replace grit. (or the other way around either.) Oyster shell provides the calcium that hens need to form strong shells around their eggs.
