One of my hens (not sure which one) has been laying shell-less eggs at night time. I've found about 3 now. They eat 17% layer crumbles. It's strange because a while ago they were laying eggs with lots of calcium deposits since we gave them eggshells, so we took away the eggshells and now one of them is laying shell-less eggs. How to stop this?

Keep a supply of free-choice calcium for them. Egg shells, or oyster shell will work. Some need more calcium than others, which is why free-choice is best.
