Shell stuck like turtle

I have a newly hatched lavender Orpington and it has half of the shell stuck on its back, like a turtle. I slid the incubator cover aside, so to not lose much heat and humidity, and tried pulling off but, it is securely on there. Not sure if I should intervene anymore.

Bring it out and possibly the membrane has dried to the fluff. Slowly removing it will help. Even wetting around the edge helps.

Should I wait till the rest of the birds is dried from hatch to prevent it getting a cool? Or is it something that shouldn't wait. It appears to not really be hindering it much and may even be separating a little as its drying.

I waited a little bit before checking again and turns out, just a couple of spots were stuck and I broke all the shell off except where stuck and now only 2 little pieces remain.
