Shelless egg.

It is common for the first egg to be a rubber egg like that. It is also common for hens to occasionally lay rubber eggs. It's nothing to worry about as long as you know they're getting enough calcium. It sounds like you're giving them Oyster shells so everything should be alright. :)
 
Glad you asked, just ran into this issue. I have gotten 3 "rubber" eggs in the last two weeks. My hens just started laying . Feeding 18% all flock with a bowl of OS, plus all day free range on a 2 acre partially wooded property. Glad to hear it is normal.
