We have a hen that drops an egg with no shell. I don't want the others eating it!

Why not let the other birds eat it? Since there’s no shell, it’s highly unlikely that the would develop a habit of egg-eating.

Are they eating layer feed? My girls eat broken eggs all the time , and we have no egg eaters!!

I don’t think they’re smart enough to think it all through.... they just go “oh food !!!”
