Shelter or Brooder Coop??

This use to be the bottom part of our very first coop but we had to tear it down as it had fallen apart anyway. I have everything needed for either idea but I'm not sure what to turn it into. I narrowed it down to 2 options as I realized it can't be a coop for older birds since it's not big enough and I won't be able to add on top of it so it has to be either a shelter from rain/snow or a brooder coop.
I got the hardware cloth for it if it's turned into a brooder coop, even though it will be in the chicken yard anyway.



Should it be turned into a shelter or brooder coop?

How big is your current run? I would put it in there for birds to mess around on or under. It isn't big enough for much else.
