I used plywood for under roosting bars with food bags over them but now the wood is getting warped. I’m looking for advice on what to use

You need to build and mount a frame with lower supports to which you attach the plywood. I have brackets on both sides should I use thicker wood. I do slide them in and out dailyI'm assuming this is a poop board -- is it no longer functioning now that the board warped? Pics of the problem?

I used recycled 1/2" OSB from the roof of the shed when I converted it into my coop.What kind of wood did you use. And the shelves are supported on both sides
Wow, that's beautiful! If I were a chicken in this coop, I would go outside rather than poop in this nice clean coop! Wish now I had painted mine.
