"She's" crowing...?

At 16 weeks, those are definite pullet feathers, but that comb is gigantic and red, much bigger than a point of lay pullet. The feet look normal for a pullet, but the crowing…and that stare…:idunno I dunno. It’s pretty rare for pullets to crow, however, it’s more likely older hens that do. I’m going to say slow-developing cockerel. But please update, I want to see how this one turns out.

If she's a crowing/dominant pullet, will she lay? I ask because they're obviously reaching point of lay soon so should I watch for eggs to determine sex?
If she's just showing dominant behavior by crowing, then yes, she will lay. If she has a hormonal problem, which usually happens when her ovary is damaged, then she will not lay. Only time will tell which way the cards will fall.

Damn that bird got male and female traits which is hilarious
The feather coloration and structure says girl but crowing at 16weeks and that comb, oh boy
we could only fall to time

One of my very experienced chicken friends recently took in a young Banty “roo” that was dumped in a park in town.
Feathers looked like a roo. She has other Bantys in her mixed flocks.
She had no question that the youngster was a roo.
“He” was super friendly. Crowed often. And started laying eggs this week 😂
🤷‍♀️
