Yes, I wouldn't worry about the silent 'crowing'. One of my chicks did that sometimes and turned out to be a girl. But that amount of pink around the comb and wattles is very suspicious. I would bet you probably have a boy. But once again, some chicks do just develope really fast so I would wait another couple of weeks just to be 100% sure.
