I think the Lord puts many things in our lives for a reason, not just people. It may be that He put her in your life because she needed your care and you gave it and love to her or it may be that He put her in your life because you needed something to put that care into. Either way it sounds as if both purposes were served.

yes. well, hold onto that little brahma as long as you can. they tend to slip away too quickly. all of you guys are so great. i feel much better knowing wherever she is, it is better than how she was living in that little box
