She's growing up!

My 19 yr old daughter got engaged last night it was a shock but not suprising they have been together for 4 yrs. They are going to wait till she is out of college which is in 3 yrs. So I have plenty of time to help plan the wedding.

Wow - congratulations! My older daughter is 19 and no boyfriend so no where near that. I am glad as I am not used to her being at university, she's in her 2nd year, so I would hate the thought of her getting married!! It seems 5 minutes ago that she was a baby, where does the time go?

He's been planning this since he went to basic he's in the Air Force a life time dream. His folks knew about it but wasn't sure how we would take it because we are very much into the fact that she gets and education before she starts a family. What is so sweet about the proposal he asked my husband's permission before he gave her the ring.
