Hmm. On a close inspection of the coop it may not have been the first egg. I was tinkering around in there, raking stuff up to turn it and I found some litter that was gunked up together with some white stuff. She probably had laid a leather egg and it fell while she was just waking up one day. Maybe not, but it's bigger than poo and I'm thinking that's what it was. I don't count it though. It won't diminish my happiness. I got my first egg today.

Good for you!! Well...technically "Good for your little pullet!!! Way to go!" Can't wait till it happens to me!!! Well...techinically can't wait till it happens to one of my little girls...lol
