She's not responsive??? help please

I felt hers and it didn't feel abnormal it was small and squishy and she didnt react to any touch of it, she did react to be trying to look at her vent and stood up. She then pooped liquidy and eggy stool

Her stool was liquidly and eggy, her crop was fine and was the same as the rest of the group soft but not too large

I've never checked vents or for mites how do I do that?

Try slowly separating the feathers around her vent, looking carefully for any tiny moving creatures.

I did that and didn't see anything besides some poopy feathers

Yeah I put her in an isoaltion area and shes not touched the food or water in there

So i should just let her be isolated for a day until she can get back to normal? since unless im prodding at her vent she doesn't move at all

I don't really know whats wrong with her since she only acted like this when I checked at lunch so IDK if this'll pass or if she has worms?
