Shetland Duck Hatch🦆

It's my first time hatching ducks so I'm pretty happy with the success.
My first time doing chicken eggs was a similar situation.
We live and learn

I'm so sorry that 2 died in their shells
But it is awesome that 2 hatched! That's great! You do have two gorgeous babies who can grow up together

I don't have names yet. I will use this thread to post updates of their growth and stuff. I'm considering buying some more eggs from the same breed to hatch. I think it'd be nice to have a flock of them.

I'm considering buying a load more Shetland eggs. Not sure yet though.
4 isn't really enough.

Maybe you could find a local breeder? Or someone who sells the eggs local. That way you can avoid shipping eggs (I also hate it). Or you could hope you have one of each sex, and breed your own when their old enough.

Anyway Congrats on the new ducklings!!!
