I just tried that. I'm not sure she took any.

I think it's a lost cause. She was doing so much better last night....

Maybe raw egg yolk? Put a dot on your finger and tap it to her beak. A few times every 15-20 minutes

And the Polish has a wound on the side of her head. Holy hell! What's going on???!?

She's fine otherwise, but what happened???!!! Did the other one peck her? There's nothing she could hurt herself on in there.

I'm going to have to raise her by herself, I guess. I really screwed up. Again. I'll clean it up best I can and put antibiotic ointment on it.

Well my broody didn't get the babies when they slipped away. She was a nice heat lamp the first night but a BIG dummy as a Momma. Had a slip away and get out into run today sooo now I have 4 more to brood! Cute lil' buggars though and hubby seems to have fallen in love?
