We're about done with this hatch, only one more peeper trying to pop out.
I had 16 Ameraucana eggs shipped from Alabama, 3 were broken by the pst office, and 10 made it to lockdown, 8 hatched and are doing great.
i had 11 blue/black/splash copper marans eggs shipped from Georgia, and 9 made it to lockdown. 7 hatched, but one had to be culled. The rest are cute and healthy.
i also set 16 from mt Oliver roo over welsummer and cuckoo marans hens. So far only 8 made it to the brooder, with one more almost hatched. My roo is still a baby though, only 5 months old.
But I'm really happy about the shipped eggs, since I wanted some good stock for my Oliver breeding program.
