Shipped eggs...Do you wait or put them right in?

I have never incubated shipped eggs before. I am expecting a shipment tomorrow of some Buff Polishes and had a question. Do you wait for them to settle or do you stick them in your incubator as soon as you receive them? I think I read something about this but I can't find it.

I let mine sit 4-6 hours at least, but usually overnight. This allows the air cells to settle. Also, when resting them, place them fat end up in an open egg carton (assuming you'll be putting them fat end up in an auto turner)....
