I recently incubated a batch of shipped eggs with detached air cells and followed the instructions listed on the shipped eggs thread. I ended up leaving them upright in cartons and not turning for 3 days, hand turning the rest of the incubation and had a pretty decent hatch. I am about to start another batch and am wondering whether or not I could put eggs in the turner this time after the initial 3-4 days of not turning IF the air cells reattach. The air cells I have now are more wobbly and not as detached and rolling as the first batch. I would rather use the auto-turner for the convenience but not if it could compromise the eggs, if its risky I will just hand turn upright again. Thoughts?
