Shipping box thread?

I think it was here that someone asked about shipping boxes.

I don't remember, but there was one that was very inexpensive. Does anyone know which one it was?

If you are talking about Horizon's boxes. The largest one for shipping live birds is the SWAN. I have a swan box right now, actually second one, this one is new and unused. Shipping is very expensive though. I shipped 3 banties and 2 hens - full grown, from Iowa to Pennsylvania and it cost 107$ shipping. The box itself is around 25$ I think and shipping it brings the total to around 50$..I can't really remember though for just the box.

They are approved for USPS shipments. Kevin Porter uses them for all of his birds. I have several friends that use them as well.
