Shipping chicks Bantam and LF

When i wanted to change my order from mc murray last year they said it would be a bad idea to put bantams in with the lf chicks because they probally wouldn't make it but if i were getting 10 bantams and 3-4 LF chicks would i have to worry?

I would think that would be fine...though quite honestly, I've never had chicks shipped to me (yet). I put bantams and lf in the brooder together all the time, and the bantams never get squooshed...

I've had duckling and bantams sent at the same time together and never lost any and I just had LF and bantams and lost one but I don't think it was due to the fact that there was the two mixed, I think it was due to other factors because the rest of the bantams died once I got them home. It was definitely a problem with the bantams from the hatchery. And they're going to replace them.
