Try getting her cleaned up. The ammonia in the poop can cause the skin to burn. Then trim the fluff away from the vent.
Try feeding her organic plain yogurt. The kind with probiotics in it. That might help her digestion.

And are there any other symptoms?
Any possibilty that she got into something bad to eat or drink?

Thanks IMP, Very good advice, I hope its not gleet, it advised culling,They get fed Vwell ,yogurt on the odd occasion / Milk , Fresh corn, good mixed grain feed, Layers Pellets, Free to Range every day. Have had trouble posting Pixs here but will try again when i get the chance.
