One of my hens appears to be more affected than the others by the -10C weather we're having here. She has been shivering, keeping her eyes closed, and she keeps on having to lift her head every time she needs to take a breath (from her mouth, too, which I think isn't usual for chickens). I've brought her inside because the other chickens were pecking at her, and the shivering has stopped, but the other behaviors are continuing. I am not sure if she's just a bit cold or if she's sick, because the other chickens are acting fine, but she is a breed that isn't very good with the cold.

Hi!

Im glad you brought her inside.I would give her poultry vitamins with a eye dropper or a 3cc syringe.Keeping her hydrated is way more important then food. You can offer eggs and tuna often.Put her in the warmest part of the house in a dark/quiet environment. How does her crop feel?
