Update: She’s not eating (wouldn’t take scrambled eggs even). Drinking a little bit. Not much output in terms of feces or urine. Sleeping a lot. Staring off into the corner. Lethargic. It is very expensive to take her to the vet, but we need a fecal float and some help, so I’m going to likely go that route later today. The other bird that had the watery poo is eating normally still.
Sorry to hear she's not doing well. With such a sudden turn for the worse and her other symptoms it's a good guess that she ate something bad. A vet is definitely her best option, but I know how expensive they can be even for more minor issues. Let us know how she does.

Thank you, @Razzlefrazzle! She hasn't had any kind of bowel movement since first thing this morning. Her crop is distended and massaging it isn't helping at all. I'm trying to wrap things up at work (it's 3:00 PM where we are) so I can get her in before the vet closes.

Unfortunately, my sweet girl didn’t make it. The vet said she was severely dehydrated and nothing was moving out of her crop. He said her vent and cloaca were inflamed and it appeared to him that she had a chronic disease process for some amount of time. We won’t have the necropsy results back for some time.

She was a good bird and had a great life. We loved her antics and will miss her. (We’re also taking the rest of our flock in for a checkup.)

Sorry for your loss. Sometimes (maybe a lot of the time) there is nothing you can do.

Please let us know the results of the necropsy when you get them.

Did you get the result? One of my hens showed the same symptom today. Is it contagious?
Thank you.
