Short tail? Breed?

Got these girls 2 weeks ago and was told they were all 7-10 weeks old, however I’m thinking they are slightly younger...especially the white one.
Can anyone help identify her breed and maybe how old she is?

Those are buff Orpington mixes, definitely not Easter eggers.
