Short Wing feathers on Baby Chick

New to babies! They are a little over a week old, maybe more. We have one where her wings feathers are short? Her feathers aren't coming in like the others. Even her tail feathers. She eats and plays like the others, she isn't picked on, she maybe a little bit smaller but not by much, the others except her. The only thing she can't do is jump/fly like the others. The last two photo are one of her right wing and the other being a right wing of another.
Is there anything to dot about it? Is there a concern?

Not everything develops at the same rate as others of their species or even siblings.

Patience ... A friend & I had an order of chicks, one was so not developing "normally" and feather growth was not happening. Low and be hold, she was just a slow/late bloomer

Could be a slow bloomer, could be a boy. You won't know until they're older.
