should I apply neosporin?

My hen has new feathers coming in and she got the tip of a couple pecked of. I washed off the blood, should I put neosporin on it to be safe? Is neosporin safe for chickens? And what will the grown feathers look like nike that the tip is broken off?

You can use neosporin as long as it is withOUT pain reliever. The pain relievers included in neosporin are toxic to chickens.
