Should I assist Call Duck egg hatching? Hatching at wrong end

Both are doing well! The second one actually hatched first early this morning! she zipped while we were asleep at some point early this morning before I got up at 7am and was out by maybe 9 or 10am. The wrong end one is still wet but starting to try and stumble around a bit! Thanks again for all your help!!
