Should I assist this chick in hatching anyway? Day 23 now

It' s still shaking the egg alot but no chirping I can hear. I think it' been 24 hours since this strange looking pip.

For back story at day 13 there was a power outage and the temp dropped to 79 deg.

I didn't turn them as much as I should have and lost track of the days and locked them down a day and a half early.

As far as the other eggs
All were rocking and and lots of chirps at day 20. One external pip and hatched that day. 2 hatched overnight around day 21.
For the most part kept a steady 102 temp throughout the duration and 60-65 humidity at lockdown with some spikes up to 70.

It's chirping now. Pretty sure the rest of the chicks have passed. Think I'm going to get the guy out.

Always go with your gut and get the guy out. It does not always end well, but it is worth a shot.

Here where I am so far. It was malpositioned. I just keep chipping egg and tearing the outer membrane until I see to much blood and wait a few hours to continue
