Should i be concerned about how this pullets comb looks?

I bought some pullets about 3 weeks ago and most are developing nice looking combs but this one this wonky. I also notice that some of the girls look dry on their heads. Is this do to a diseas or climate. We live in Lancaster CA which is very close to the Mojave desert. So we are in the high desert which is pretty dry.

She has a pea comb, it look normal except for the dry skin. Some olive oil might help.

Would coconut oil work, I have a huge tub of that already?

Sure it's not just 'dirt'.......ground looks whitish?
Wouldn't hurt to try the CO.
Could be a fungus tho.
None of the other birds look like this?
Not sure that's a pea comb. funny little bump in there.

That's a rose comb.
And some coconut oil would help, I think.
