Should I be Concerned about the New Strain of Avian Flu (H5N1) for my Chickens and Myself?

hi, with this new strain of avian flu, should I be concerned about me or my birds getting sick? (i have 2 chickens only) but what are some ways to help my birds from such disease (even though i know there is not a cure yet) but except from cleaning regularly, what can I do to keep them extra healthy and not spread disease? should I be concerned about my families health? Thankyou!!!

I hang the 'old fashioned' sticky strips - out of reach of the chickens of course.
