Is this poop a cause for alarm? Three weeks ago I had a Rooster get sick and die. We tend to have these poops off and on. My chickens free range so I’m not sure if it might be eating to much protein or something I really need to worry about.

Any thoughts and experiences appreciated.

What's the temperature where you are?

Sometimes that can just be from drinking a lot of water, common when it's hot out, they drink more to try to cool themselves. If you have a vet that will do a fecal for you, that would rule in or out parasites as a possible contributor to runny droppings.
