Should I be concerned?

I have a 3 month EE and this morning she is slow and tending to stand in one spot and close her eyes. I went in and picked her up and checked her. She seem OK but not as energetic as usual. Her poop is a little soft but I think its OK.
I tried to feel her crop but I assume It is small because she hasn't filled it yet. Could she be having a lazy day. I have seen sick birds in the past and she looks sick to me by the way she is acting.

Anything else I could check?

She could have a stomach ache. Maybe indigestion...give her some yogurt. Even if it isn't a tummy ache, I'm sure she will still enjoy it. Good luck.
