should I be worried about a false start?

I have 3 Sapphire gems that turned 18 weeks this past Monday. One of my girls has been laying now since the 22nd (@17 weeks). she has had 1 very soft shelled egg the day after Christmas around 7:30 pm (I think it was stress related- but gave her extra calcium + Vit. D anyway), around that same time one of the other girls (Matilda) also laid an egg (1st one) and either pecked at it or stepped on it and gouged a hole in it. But that one has not laid since. My first layer (Merisol) is continuing to lay nearly every day. Should I be concerned?

I'd simply observe her and as long as she is acting normal things are okay. It takes time to get the 'process' down pat.
