I’ve been keeping my eye on her beak for a little while now, and I’m starting to get worried. She acts like it’s painful for me to touch. Any advice? What is it? She’s my only bearded EE.

Besides the things @oldhenlikesdogs mentioned, it could be a sign of liver disease or vitamin D3 deficiency. It would be a simple matter to give her a D3 capsule every day and see it that makes the bump go away.

Look inside her mouth. Avian pox often produces lesions in the mouth.

There is also a virus that can infect subcutaneous tissue like beak and feathers, causing hemorrhaging and a crusty lesion like you are seeing. You need a vet to look at a cell scraping under a microscope to tell for sure if that's what it is.
