Should I be worried?

Just checked my incubator to see one of the chicks just hatch at 5:00 o'clock in the morning yay but I'm kinda worried for the rest of my eggs it's day 21 one and they haven't pipped yet should I wait longer or take action also should I keep the chick in the incubator for a little while or take it out?

Some are early birds, some can hatch up to 25 days. Leave them be and see if they come through They might just be lazy
