Should I build a coop like this?

I don't know dimen. of this coop, mine will be 8x4 with a 8x8 run. It may through off the look, but oh well

I want to have no more than 8 chickens, since town ordanence (although we arent' in city part, we're in country so they really don't care) says we can have 10. I want to get a silkie in spring, meaning that design would already be too small with the dimensions it has now.
