That picture was taken at a Sapp Brothers in Iowa. They had heated toilet seats and bidets. Not as nice as it sounds. The water was cold. Very very cold!!!
We just delivered barrels of Kraft cheese in a cave!

I collected 9 eggs last night and found one this morning at 6:15 am.

They are getting over molting! I even found an egg from one of my dark egg layers!

My 2 girls are still in full molt. The Ameraucanas have not yet laid, but Nugget and Jemma are keeping us in eggs. One every day from Nugget and Jemmas goes about 8 days and then takes one day off.

lindz - betcha the little Marans will lay by Christmas day. your flock is so splendid... looks like quite a few pullets! lucky you... I seem to have mostly cockerels

Does anyone have any idea when they think my Ameraucanas will lay??

They hatched Easter weekend. They are 28 weeks old. I am frustrated. I miss blue/green eggs.
