Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

Awesome article, Min! You did a great job. Covered all the bases.

Since our team didn't make it, I don't have a favorite for the Super Bowl. Broncos are the underdogs, and it might end up being the last season for their quarterback, Eli Manning, who has won the Super bowl before. He is from a football family- brother is quarterback for another team and his father was also a QB. The Panthers are a comparatively new team and have played in a Super Bowl once before (2004), but they did not win, so this could be their first. Something to root about for each team, or you could just go with your favorite color!


Oops, got my quarterbacks mixed up. Peyton Manning is on the Broncos. Eli is the other brother!

I'm doing good. yesterday was rough. got the bandage cut off, was shown gross interior photos of my knee guts. zero arthritis. he hopes I get 20 years out of his work. I hope so too. then we had to hit Honest Weight Food Co-op... I overdid it. felt like someone pulled my earlobe and flushed my face. I was all pale and woozy. so I rested and iced/elevated for 4 hours and then slept...
today, I feel better, and started my exercise therapy with a visit to the flock. my brother was only moments behind me, but I got to be in with Brutus alone for about 5 minutes. he snubbed me. I understand... he'll forgive me.

then it was on to the exercises prescribed... a couple of them are really easy, one is hard, and two I cannot do yet. even without the recommended 2 lb weight. I'm almost able to bend it to a right angle, about 2" short. I have a week to perfect it, then the stitches come out and I get more exercises or PT... I'm sick of it already. I want to be out there... I'm not very patient with some things. I'm my own worst competitor. I always want to beat myself... go faster, do better, be smarter, more efficient... all in less movements or some challenge with myself. bad habit.

stink eye and standoffish... what kind of Pie should I serve tomorrow to gain forgiveness?

Neffy was more than happy to have some loves, that made me feel so good. best therapy ever.

my brother must have forgotten the side cup. it was almost empty. I was surprised it hadn't fallen down. it's just a bungee cord. so I filled it, they went to town!

MC, hang in there, you do have decisions to make, but nothing has to be done outside of its time. we're always here for you - the horses... omg, that was sooo funny!

Scrambles - whatever you need to say... we're here, you can always PM if you think it might be an infraction, wouldn't want you to get a slap... but I do think it's probably okay because it was public.

Min - Broncos. just don't tell my Aunt Frankie... she wants her Panthers to win so badly... my folks live in Denver.
 
Glad you are feeling better, Cheeka. PT is one of those things that has a sweet spot. Too much is just as bad as not enough. Don't compete yourself into a longer recovery!!

Glad the video worked for you! It was my first! Hope those babies make it!
 
Oh, and Brutus will forgive you. He's just trying to work through the fact that food and water can come from someone other than his true love! Look at that picture. I don't see stink eye. I see all those gears furiously churning inside that little chicken head!

So glad you are getting around better. You are one strong woman. I admire that.
DH and I went to see Revenant today. A little early BD celebration. Then we got some ice cream from Coldstone. Yummy. :p
